I am an American Woman

I have the blood of nations in my veins.  My grandparents and great grandparents were not Americans: They were Italian, they were Swedish, and they were English.  As immigrants they came  to this land of bounty that offered them opportunities and prosperity not available to them in their old countries.  For their wisdom and sacrifices I am eternally grateful as my life has been blessed to be a citizen of the greatest country on earth.  America is A country which offered more opportunities, and freedoms than anywhere else on this earth.  A place where we are "endowed from our creator" with rights and promises to achieve one's dreams and desires. A place God himself has designated as "The Promised Land."

However, today that promised dream is being lost; slowing dying, bit by bit; destroyed by an evil more ferocious than any one can image.  It is as though some unseen monster has opened the bottomless pit of hell and began to devour America's greatness. It will not stop until it is entirely consumed by the destructive wave of liberalism wash over the land like a black plague and felt helpless to stop it.  I feel as I have a front seat on the Titanic with the iceberg in full view screaming a wail of warning into the silent abyss.  That is why I began this blog. Maybe there are some I can touch with my heart felt warning. Perhaps there are others that I may bring to the much needed cause of saving our treasures of freedom and perhaps I might also reach the hearts and minds of my posterity to value and hold dear those parts of the American Dream created by inspired men of God. Perhaps my words can in some small way may open hearts and minds to the threat we in America face today and inspire them to take part in the great battle looming ahead: the battle for the heart and soul of America!!
